Below is a list of commonly asked questions about Wellness Nutrition shipping information. We do our best to provide an answer to all questions, but if you are still unsure on something, please get in touch with us.

All shipping information provided has been evaluated in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?

Wellness Nutrition aim to have all orders received before 10am (AEST) Monday-Friday shipped that same day. Please note there may be a longer delay during sale periods, orders received on weekends, or delivery to remote locations.

For standard shipping - All orders should arrive between 3 - 21 working days.

For express shipping - All orders should arrive between 2 - 7 working days.

We use AusPost for all deliveries, including standard and express post.

If your order is bulky (5kg or more): Please allow additional time for these goods to be delivered.

If you have left custom delivery instructions: Wellness Nutrition is not liable for any loss that may occur from custom delivery instructions.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment of your order. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us and we will get this fixed up. Make sure you check your spam folder too.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We use a tier-based system to evaluate the price of shipping.

Standard shipping
Standard Shipping ($0 -$49) - $7.99

Express shipping
Express Shipping - $9.50
All orders over $49 have the option to select Free Standard Shipping.

We also offer Click and Collect at our Middle Park location.

I THINK I PUT MY ADDRESS IN WRONG!

Please contact us ASAP and we will get this fixed up. Usually, if our system doesn't recognise a valid address, AusPost won't allow us to ship the parcel. We will generally reach out to you if we can't pair up the correct address you supplied.


MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED

if your order hasn't arrived in the expected timeframe of 14 days, please contact us as soon as possible and we will track down your order and work out a solution for you.


THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER

If you received the wrong item, the order has been damaged or you are not happy with your product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Although we are unable to offer refunds once a product is opened, we still want to work out a solution that keeps you happy.

 

PRODUCTS ORDERED THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK

Wellness Nutrition reserves the right to refund products without notice if they have been made available on our website due to system error.

In the unlikely event that an out-of-stock item is ordered online, we may attempt to contact you via email, phone, or SMS.

If we are unable to get in touch with you within the next 48 hours, we will attempt to swap the item for something of equal or greater value.

If we are unable to swap the item, or no other alternative can be arranged, a refund will be issued on the product.

These steps are put in place to ensure goods are shipped out in a timely manner.

How does this happen? On the rare occasion, our inventory integration software may make an error, which can lead to allocations in stock on incorrect items on our website. We are continually putting new systems in place every day to reduce this, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We do, although additional international shipping costs may occur.

 

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Wellness Nutrition offer returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Wellness Nutrition wants you to be satisfied with your purchase, and of course, we will meet all our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Wellness Nutrition reserves the right to not offer a refund or exchange where the item fault is the result of misuse or neglect. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
