Herbs of Gold Mega B Complex is a dietary supplement that contains a comprehensive formula of B vitamins in an easy to swallow vanilla coated capsule. B vitamins assist in the metabolism of protein, carbohydrates, and fats and support energy production. They also assist in the synthesis of neurotransmitters and support nervous system health and a healthy stress response in the body.

The formula includes Folinic acid, a more metabolically active form of folate that bypasses several steps in folic acid metabolism, which support healthy fetal development and help prevent dietary folate deficiency.
